Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Parcels will be shipped within 1-2 working days of confirmed order and payment. Shipments do not take place on weekends or public holidays. For pre-order products, please refer to the estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page.

 

SHIPPING DURATION (MALAYSIA)

Delivery time for parcels is usually 1-2 working days, depending on the location.

During peak festive seasons such as Ramadan, Eid, and Chinese New Year, the delivery of the parcel may take longer than usual.

 

SHIPPING DURATION (INTERNATIONAL)

We estimate that it takes 5-7 working days by Express Mail Service or 7-15 working days by International Air Parcel to deliver the parcel to the customer. However, this is subject to change due to weather, customs checking, or unforeseen events. Delivery times also vary based on the receiver's location.

During peak festive seasons, such as Ramadan, Eid, or local festivals, the delivery of the parcel may take longer than usual.

Any delays in shipment will not result in a refund of shipping fees. If any issues arise, please contact us for assistance, and we will do our best to help.

 

CUSTOMS DUTY/FEE (INTERNATIONAL)

We do not charge any customs fees when an order is placed. If customs fees are charged when the parcel reaches the local customs, the receiver will have to pay the outstanding charges before delivery.

Additional time spent in customs will add to the estimated delivery time provided during checkout.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order using the link provided in the email. We will email you the tracking number once the parcel has been shipped. Please let us know if you did not receive any email regarding shipment.

 

FAILED DELIVERY

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to the unavailability of the receiver upon delivery or incomplete receiver details, the parcel will be returned to Mirzen Kuala Lumpur. To arrange for a second delivery attempt, the customer will need to cover additional shipping fees. For the safety of the delivery during the second shipment, confirmation of the address and phone number will be required. If the customer chooses not to proceed with a second delivery, Mirzen Kuala Lumpur will provide a refund for the purchased item, excluding the initial shipping fee. Please note that the initial shipping fee covers the first delivery, and Mirzen Kuala Lumpur cannot be held responsible if the delivery fails due to the unavailability of the recipient or incomplete receiver details. 

 

LOST PARCELS

Although it is unlikely, parcels may occasionally be lost during shipment. In such cases, Mirzen Kuala Lumpur will work with the customer to resolve the issue and ensure satisfaction.

 

DAMAGED PARCELS

Mirzen Kuala Lumpur is not responsible for any parcels that are broken, damaged, or opened during shipping due to the courier service. However, customers can report such issues to us, and we will take the necessary action.
