Refund policy

Mirzen Kuala Lumpur is committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers. However, we recognize that there may be instances where a product needs to be returned. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review our policy before making a purchase.

 

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

To initiate a return, please access your account here to complete the return form, including the reason for the return.

Upon approval of the return request, you will need to ship the item back the address given below. We will not cover for any return shipping cost incurred. Once we have received and satisfied with the condition of the returned item, a voucher equal to the value of the returned product will be issued to you. The voucher can be applied toward a new order, and any applicable shipping fees will apply.

 

Refunds:

Unless a product is defective, lost during delivery, wrongly sent, or not as advertised, we do not offer refunds. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at cikmirzazadezain@gmail.com and provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will offer an exchange, or if the product is no longer in stock, a refund.

For lost parcels during delivery, we can only issue a refund after a full investigation has been done by the courier service company. Once the responsible party for the loss has been determined, we will initiate the refund. If the parcel is delivered to the address but stolen after a complete delivery, we cannot offer any refunds. If the parcel is lost during delivery, we will make the refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your account within a specific timeframe. While we will refund the shipping costs you paid when placing your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

 

Sale Items:

We regret to inform you that sale items are final and cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns or refunds.

 

Exchanges:

We will only replace products that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for a defective or damaged item, please email us at cikmirzazadezain@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
